New Features of May, 2026

New Activity Panel 🔔

Previously, it was difficult to track ongoing activities once users navigated away from pages like Analysis or Document Upload. At the same time, more and more processes started running in the background — including Analysis, Document Processing, and now Reconsideration workflows.

To make this easier to follow, we’ve replaced the old Notifications menu in the top-right corner with a new Activity panel. It keeps all notifications and background processes visible in one consistent place across the platform and updates dynamically based on what’s happening in the system.

Progress Tracking for Upload & Analysis ⌛

Uploading documents and running analyses can sometimes take a few minutes, as these processes include multiple background tasks such as data processing, personal data encryption or security checks.

Previously, only the elapsed time was visible. From now on, a new progress bar provides a clearer view of the current status, helping users better track progress and manage expectations.

Photo Analysis 📸
